Introducing the new partner incentive program, “Citrix Ultimate Rewards”.
Citrix has redesigned their partner incentive program. But why? It’s simple and profitable to win rewards for growing business with Citrix.
 

  • Simplify the number of incentive programs into just two categories: front-end discounts and back-end rebates
  • Accelerate our response to partner submissions and give them predictability and peace of mind by further automating the incentive validation process
  • Reward partners who are committed to transitioning to the cloud and increasing penetration in all market segments, including the high-potential mid-market
  • Increase partner profitability for transitioning from perpetual on-premises licensing to a subscription-based cloud delivery model
System_rewards
1 CSP business conducted by CSAs counts towards medallion levels, but doesn’t qualify for Citrix Ultimate Rewards as they are not incentive-attached deals.
2 ISVs and SIs can participate if they purchase products through Distributors like you for resale.

 
  • How it works: Partners receive Spark rewards when they prospect and identify new customer sales opportunities. Reward:
    • 16% upfront discount for cloud incentive eligible products
    • 8% upfront discount for standard incentive eligible products
  • Outcome required: Partners must identify and register an opportunity before it has been identified in the Citrix sales pipeline, then fulfill the order.
  • Minimum requirement: Citrtix Sales Certified (CSP)
  • Note: Cloud extension, trade-up and transition orders and all ELA-7 orders are not eligible for Spark.
     
  • How it works: Partners receive Drive rewards when they lead opportunities
    • 16% upfront discount for cloud incentive eligible products
    • 8% upfront discount for standard incentive eligible products
  • Outcome required: Partners execute value-selling activities
    with a customer and fulfill that order.
  • Minimum requirement:  Product Certification (technical,  CCA, CCP, CCE)
  • Note: ELA-7 new subscription orders for cloud incentive eligible products are
  • eligible for 12% for both the Drive Reward and the Drive Non-Fulfilling Rebate.
     
  • How it works: Demonstrate behaviors and produce results that align with Citrix’s strategic goals.
  • How to win:
  • Cloud: Closing cloud subscription deals
  • Requirement: Platinum or Gold with at least one core specialization
  • Growth: Growing quarterly product sales 15%, year over year
  • Requirement: Platinum or Gold with at least one core specialization; meet 25% of annual program sales requirement in that quarter.
  • Non-Fulfilling Drive: Influencing a deal but not fulfillin. Partners can earn a rebate for a deal they didn’t close but influenced – as long as they received a validated Drive registration.This one is available to any CSAs
